CrossFit

Our CrossFit classes are designed for all fitness levels, whether you are experienced or just getting started. Every class is coach led and focuses on building strength, conditioning, and functional movement that carries over into everyday life.

Workouts combine barbell work, bodyweight movements, and conditioning in a way that is challenging but approachable. Coaches prioritize proper technique and offer scaling options so each workout meets you where you are.

With constantly varied programming and a supportive environment, CrossFit classes help you build strength, endurance, and confidence over time. You will train with purpose and see progress you can sustain.


CrossLit

CrossLit is a 45-minute conditioning class built for intensity without intimidation. This class focuses on functional fitness using bodyweight movements, kettlebells, and dumbbells. There is no barbell work.

Classes move at a faster pace and emphasize conditioning, efficiency, and full-body effort. CrossLit is a great option if you want a high-energy workout that challenges your lungs and muscles without complex lifts.

This class is ideal for adding extra conditioning, mixing up your routine, or easing into fitness in a fun and approachable way.


Kettlebell Flow

Kettlebell Flow focuses on controlled, continuous movement using kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. Classes are performed at a steady pace with an emphasis on breathing, quality reps, and smooth transitions.

Inspired by mobility-focused training principles, this class blends strength, conditioning, and movement in a joint-friendly way. Intensity stays moderate, allowing you to build endurance and strength without feeling rushed or overworked.

You should leave class feeling challenged but better than when you walked in.


Olympic Lifting

Olympic Lifting classes focus on learning and refining the snatch and clean and jerk. This class is slower paced and highly coached, with time dedicated to technique, positioning, and understanding the lifts.

Whether you are new to Olympic lifting or looking to improve consistency and confidence with the barbell, this class provides focused instruction and intentional progress.

The goal is better movement, stronger lifts, and long-term development, not rushing to add weight.
