"A journey I never thought was possible!"
CrossFit put me on a fitness journey I never thought possible. I was a 42 year old overweight smoker. I started CrossFit in October of 2013, I quit smoking because as I became more involved with CrossFit, I wanted more out of my workouts. As I got stronger and better at CrossFit I got stronger and better at other areas of fitness as well. I ran my first 5k in May 2014 and one year later, May 2015, I ran my first half marathon, then my first full Marathon and then my first triathlon and more. I could have never done this without the training of CrossFit because CrossFit trains you to be better across all aspects of fitness. Now I’m a 50 year fit Grandma and in the best shape of my life.
