"Two things that make CrossFit special"

I tried my first CrossFit class four years ago and quickly fell in love with the sport. As a former collegiate athlete, I love the challenge of mastering new movements and working to beat myself and my previous score in each workout. There are two specific things that make CrossFit special. One is that the minute you join a gym, you become a part of a community that supports your journey wholeheartedly, no matter where you are starting. The second thing that makes CrossFit unique is that no matter your athletic background, you will constantly be challenged. If you are a beginner, every moment can be adapted to give you a safe place to begin and grow. Likewise, if you are a seasoned athlete, there is always another challenge to face and mountain to climb to keep you constantly engaged and improving
